At e-Logbook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium subscription. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
e-Logbook offers a Premium Annual Plan. Current pricing is as displayed on the app at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with or without prior notice to users. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and support UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Premium subscription has been activated.

To request a refund under the above exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt and a description of the issue.
e-Logbook Premium subscriptions are non-recurring — they do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
If your payment fails or is declined but an amount has been deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. This is handled by the payment gateway and does not require any action from us.
If the amount is not refunded after 7 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us with your transaction details.
